Lipson Tandoori, Plymouth

We ordered 8 different main dishes and all the usual accompaniments. The food arrived fresh, hot and was all very delicious. All our group were impressed, happy and full. Easily recommend this Restaurant, they did great with our large order.

Beautiful food: tasty, delicious and authentic! Fluffy nan breads, wonderful onion bahjis, rice and veggie curries. Tarka Dahl is the best in Plymouth! A fantastic, family run takeaway.

Ok.. ordered eveytime for delivery so I want to assumed atmosphere as a service given. I have say, this is the best Indian foods restaurant which includes beef in the menu, without offending anybody who don't eat beef. The cooking flavour is really prefect, slow cooked tender. Not some kind of stir fry, hard chewed beef cooking from some Thai restaurant in Plymouth. So thumb ups to the cooks and the owner, who even call directly to tell if anything else you need and delivery time, and if any delays. Highly respected from me and the foods is so delicious. Ordered with my partner as we fancied a curry - so glad we tried here. I had a lamb biryani and my partner had a king prawn dansak with pilau rice. We also got onion bhajees, garlic naan, poppadoms and a paratha. Arrived on time, piping hot and was very tasty at a reasonable price too.
